- Boil rice for sushi by adding sugar and salt to the water. Pour the cooked rice into the vinegar and mix. Give rice cool off.
- Peel all the necessary vegetables and cut into thin strips.
- Cover the sushi mat with cling film.
- Put a sheet of nori and spread rice on it, a little bit reaching the edge. Put vegetables on top.
- Gently roll everything into a roll.
- With a knife dipped in water, cut your rolls.
