  1. Boil rice for sushi by adding sugar and salt to the water. Pour the cooked rice into the vinegar and mix. Give rice cool off.
  2. Peel all the necessary vegetables and cut into thin strips.
  3. Cover the sushi mat with cling film.
  4. Put a sheet of nori and spread rice on it, a little bit reaching the edge. Put vegetables on top.
  5. Gently roll everything into a roll.
  6. With a knife dipped in water, cut your rolls.
