  • 1/4 tsp Sahara
  • 1 grated small clove of garlic
  • Spicy sauce to taste

To build a sandwich:

  • 2 large whole and half whole grains pitas
  • Red lettuce and sliced tomatoes for filing

Recipe preparation:
