  1. Soak semolina with water to swell for 15 minutes.

  2. Grate cabbage on a coarse grater. To salt. Squeeze out the excess liquid.

  3. Chop the onion into a small cube.

  4. Squeeze the garlic through a press.

  5. Drain excess water from the cereal.

  6. Mix semolina, cabbage, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, tomato paste and spice. To stir thoroughly. Form cutlets from the dough. If a it turned out to be too liquid, then it needs to be thickened with flour. Fry in a heated and oiled pan on both sides.
