- First prepare the sauce. Mix curry, soy sauce, water and starch. Mix well.
- Slice the tofu cheese into large cubes.
- Heat a pan with butter, fry tofu on all sides until golden crust.
- Chop the pepper into small pieces. Chop the ginger. Add to tofu, mix. 5 minutes to cook
- Add broccoli, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
