  1. Fry in oil 1 chopped onion and add 500 g of chicken, chopped into pieces.
  2. Fry and alternately add chopped vegetables to the chicken: 1 eggplant, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 kg of potatoes.
  3. Stew for 5 minutes under the lid without stirring.
  4. After 5 minutes add spices (coriander, paprika, curry) and salt, mix.
  5. Pour in 250 ml. boiling water and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, add 400 ml of pulp of grated tomatoes and 4 chopped garlic cloves, mix. Stew about 20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
  7. Sprinkle with herbs or chives before serving.
