- Fry in oil 1 chopped onion and add 500 g of chicken, chopped into pieces.
- Fry and alternately add chopped vegetables to the chicken: 1 eggplant, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 kg of potatoes.
- Stew for 5 minutes under the lid without stirring.
- After 5 minutes add spices (coriander, paprika, curry) and salt, mix.
- Pour in 250 ml. boiling water and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add 400 ml of pulp of grated tomatoes and 4 chopped garlic cloves, mix. Stew about 20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
- Sprinkle with herbs or chives before serving.
