When I do not know what to cook, I cook vegetable stew. When I have very little time to cook – I cook vegetable stew. Quick, easy, healthy, and, most importantly, very tasty! Homemade vegetable stew can be anything: an independent dish, a side dish or even a warm salad.   1. Prepare the products:
  2. Cut eggplant, potatoes and tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Garlic can be finely chopped or crushed in a garlic shop.
  4. Pour some vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper, sour cream and mix everything. Pour 3 tablespoons of water. Put the bowl in slow cooker, select the “Extinguishing” program. Set the time to 30 minutes. Click the “Start” button. In half an hour the stew is ready! Have a nice appetite!
