Very healthy and delicious vegetable salad cooked at home with soy sauce.

When choosing soy sauce, pay attention to the composition, it should be natural fermentation that is time consuming (and not consist of diluted concentrate). Vegetables in this salad can be in any set, including salted ones, and fermented. In the cold season, you can add to the salad chopped garlic and ginger root. Also this light salad can be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and lightly to salt.

  1. Let’s prepare the vegetables: wash, cut the cucumbers into strips (part leave for decoration), tomatoes – diced, peeled peeled seeds, partitions – straws.

  2. Combine prepared vegetables in a bowl, season to taste soy sauce, salt if necessary.
  3. In a salad bowl, manually tear lettuce leaves.
  4. Put seasoned vegetables on top, garnish with greens.
