  1. Pour water (400 ml) into a small saucepan and bring to boil, add half a teaspoon of salt and pour buckwheat, reduce the heat, cover and cook until all is absorbed water, it will take about 10 minutes. Remove buckwheat from the heat and cool in within 30 minutes.
