- For dressing, we take ginger, peel with a small spoon or knife, rub on a fine grater. In boiling water add ginger and sugar. Cover with foil and leave infuse for about 2-3 hours.
- Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes into a bowl.
- We chop red onion.
