An ordinary vegetable salad can be made more satisfying by adding to it cheese cubes. I propose to cook at home a delicious salad of vegetables with cheese.

- Carefully wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes of the same size. Dice the cheese into cubes the same size as the vegetables. Together combine and mix.
- Wash lettuce leaves, dry and tear into small hands put the pieces on a plate.
- In a bowl we combine soy sauce and oil. Add to taste pepper.
- Season the salad with the resulting dressing and mix.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables with cheese on a “pillow” of salad leaves and serve!
