- Lavash (better to take round) is greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Spread on a serving ring and dry lightly in a preheated oven for about 2-3 minutes. Fully cool and free from mold.
- Cucumber, beetroot, red onion, radish and garlic cut into small straws (you can use a special grater).
