  1. Boil carrots, beets, eggs and potatoes. Cool and we clean.

  3. Add sauerkraut and green peas.

  5. Season with vegetable oil and mix well.
  6. Lubricate the silicone mold with oil. Put the salad in it and cure with a spoon. We send to the refrigerator half an hour.
  7. Cover the silicone mold with a plate and turn it over. Decorate salad at your discretion and serve. I decorated the salad with herbs parsley and rosette from carrots and beets.
