Vegetable plate with spicy ranch sauce

Fill the table with vegetables that are in harmony with main meat dish. It could be young carrots, celery, radishes and sliced bell peppers. Stuff fermented milk ranch sauce with spicy notes, adding to the base of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, hot jalapenos, garlic and lemon juice. Among the other ingredients, a mixture of fresh herbs, as well as celery and chopped carrots. If a love sharper, then jalapenos can be put together with seeds. This sauce is perfect for vegetables.
