  1. In a bowl, add eggs with yogurt, grated cheese and salt and pepper. Whip it all lightly.
  2. Thinly zucchini and carrots into slices. Move to double boiler and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Next, wash spinach, chop tomatoes with onions and cook for a couple 5 minutes too.
  4. We put ready vegetables on a plate.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, then put vegetables in it, pour a lot of oil and salt. Mix and fill with a mixture of eggs.
  6. Cook the omelet for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Have a nice appetite!
