One such dish is vegetable stew, but not a simple vegetable stew, but cooked at home with adding meat in the form of meatballs. How wonderful it is in a dish among themselves vegetables, meatball is saturated with their taste, garlic and herbs add piquancy and aroma, sour cream balances all tastes and gives tenderness.

- Roll meatballs with a diameter of 3 cm from minced meat.
- Pour 2 tbsp into a preheated pan. sunflower oil and release prepared meatballs into it. Sauté the meatballs on medium heat until golden brown and remove them from the pan.

- Salt, pepper to taste and add granulated sugar.

- If you have little liquid released from vegetables, pour a little hot water.
- Sauté the vegetables over low heat for 30 minutes.
- After quenching, add chopped garlic and mix.
