One such dish is vegetable stew, but not a simple vegetable stew, but cooked at home with adding meat in the form of meatballs. How wonderful it is in a dish among themselves vegetables, meatball is saturated with their taste, garlic and herbs add piquancy and aroma, sour cream balances all tastes and gives tenderness.

  1. Roll meatballs with a diameter of 3 cm from minced meat.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp into a preheated pan. sunflower oil and release prepared meatballs into it. Sauté the meatballs on medium heat until golden brown and remove them from the pan.
  3. In the remaining fat and oil in the pan, add another 1 tbsp. sunflower oil.
  4. Cut the young zucchini into cubes and release into the pan. Next, add the vegetables in the following sequence: carrots chopped in circles or grated on a coarse grater, chopped tomatoes into small pieces, chopped onion and bell pepper straws.
  5. Salt, pepper to taste and add granulated sugar.
  6. Put the fried earlier back into the pan. meatballs.
  7. If you have little liquid released from vegetables, pour a little hot water.
  8. Sauté the vegetables over low heat for 30 minutes.
  9. After quenching, add chopped garlic and mix.
  10. Put sour cream on top of the stew in an even layer and simmer another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Meatball Stew ready to serve. Bon appetit and be healthy.
