  1. Cook bone broth from 2 liters of water, bones, bay leaf, parsley root and 3 pcs of black pepper. Cook the broth for 2 hours on very quiet fire, then strain.
  2. Dip the meat into the broth 40 minutes before the end of cooking. After take out the boiled meat and cut into pieces.
  3. Dip the chopped potatoes and turnips into the hot broth. Cook 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse the cabbage and cut into small inflorescences. Cook cabbage for about 10 minutes
  5. Fry onions in vegetable oil until soft. Grate nutmeg into it and add crushed in a mortar pepper. Put everything in the soup.
  6. Cut leek into rings and fluff into separate rings. Put the onions in the soup. Cook for 7 minutes.
  7. Fry flour in melted butter until bubbles and dilute with broth, which must be introduced gradually, so that no lumps form.
  8. Pour the flour into the soup. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Stir the cream with the yolk, pour a thin stream into the soup with stirring constantly so that the cream is evenly distributed. Boil until boiling. Serve soup with herbs.
