- Cook bone broth from 2 liters of water, bones, bay leaf, parsley root and 3 pcs of black pepper. Cook the broth for 2 hours on very quiet fire, then strain.
- Dip the meat into the broth 40 minutes before the end of cooking. After take out the boiled meat and cut into pieces.
- Dip the chopped potatoes and turnips into the hot broth. Cook 15 minutes.
- Rinse the cabbage and cut into small inflorescences.
Cook cabbage for about 10 minutes
