  1. Cook the bones in 1.5 liters. salted water for 2-2.5 hours with bay leaf and peppercorns. Strain the broth.
  2. Peel and boil vegetables separately in 0.5-1 liter salted water.
  3. To wipe boiled vegetables in mashed potatoes.
  4. Fry flour in butter and mix with milk.
  5. Mix mashed potatoes, flour and meat with vegetable broths. Boil on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with whipped egg and cream.
