- Knead the tofu with a fork.
- Fry the mushrooms and onions in a pan (5-7 minutes).
- Add bell pepper (I used half), 2 large tomato and sauté for 3 more minutes.
- Add tofu and spices to the resulting mixture. Mix and simmer still 5 minutes
