  1. Boil quinoa and beans until ready, following instructions on the packaging.
  2. Mix quinoa and beans with pesto.
  3. Grill slices of tofu and sweet potato on the grill.
  4. We clean the avocado, remove the stone and cut into slices.
  5. My tomatoes and cut into slices.
  6. Goji and quinoa add goji berries and sunflower sprouts. Spread on a plate.
  7. We spread tofu and sweet potato, ripe tomatoes and slices avocado. Add salt to taste.
