  1. Finely chop the onion, cut the leek into rings. Stew vegetables with a little oil.
  2. Zucchini cut into thin slices and add to the pan.
  3. Thinly cut veal and add to vegetables. Stew everything under the lid within 10 minutes. Salt to taste. Enjoy your meal!
