  1. Cut the meat with an average cube 2-3 centimeters thick. AT mix the olive oil with French mustard in a separate bowl, marjoram, minced garlic, black pepper and seasoning for kebab. In this marinade put pieces of veal.

  2. While the meat is pickled, you can do the rest ingredients. Peel shallots, cut in half and put in boiling water for 2 minutes. Peppers and peppers cut into the same cubes as meat. Smoked undercuts cut into fairly thin slices of 0.5 cm.

  3. Now you need to string all the ingredients on the skewers.
