Mix flour with ground pepper and salt (2 whispers), in another break the bowl with eggs and mix. In a third bowl, pour crackers.

Veal fillet well beat off and roll in prepared flour.

Dip the veal chop into the eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs and send in hot oil (large quantities). Fry Schnitzel for 3-4 minutes from 2 sides to a brown crust on average fire and spread on paper towels to remove excess oils.
