  1. Wash and dry a piece of veal. Secure with culinary thread.
  2. Fry the meat in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, in a refractory bowl place the meat in the oven under the foil (for 1 hour).
  4. Mushrooms need to be fried over low heat under a lid. Enough 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add to it flour, mix with a whisk. Heat the milk a little (separately).
  6. When adding milk to flour, boil bechamel sauce, salt, pepper. Add the grated cheese, remove from the stove.
  7. Mushrooms must be mixed with 3 tablespoons of bechamel sauce, a blender beat the mixture until smooth sauce.
  8. Remove meat from the oven, cut into steaks.
  9. Grease each steak with mushroom sauce and put back into shape. Top with bechamel sauce.
  10. Bake the dish at 180 degrees for another 45 minutes.
