- Chop onions and carrots at random.
- Spice mix together.
- In a saucepan, stew the onions until golden brown. Add meat and fry it.
- Introduce the carrots and simmer for 6 minutes.
- Add spices, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Pour in water, cover, simmer for 40-50 minutes low fire.
- Rinse basmati and put on meat, pour everything hot water, cover, cook for 10 minutes.
- Put garlic in the middle of the pilaf, press it in, make openings for steam, cook pilaf for another 10 minutes.
