  1. Rinse calf kidneys in water. Cut lengthwise and soak on 4-5 hours, changing water every hour.
  2. Rinse the prepared kidneys, cut into cubes.
  3. Peel onions, cut into half rings and fry until light brown color.
  4. Fry the kidneys in vegetable oil in a pan onions under a closed lid.
