  1. We beat off, if necessary, slices of veal and roll them in flour.
  2. Then pour the oil into the pan and fry the veal from two parties.
  3. Then we remove the slices and add garlic, tomatoes, to the pan, salt and cook for a few minutes. Crush tomatoes with a fork, add basil.
  4. Return the slices to the saucepan in a pan, cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. After we spread on each slice a piece of cheese. We cook under lid until the cheese melts. Enjoy your meal!
