  1. Boil the pasta as written on the box.
  2. Cut the pepper and onion into strips.
  3. Cheese and meat with cubes of different sizes, smaller cheese, meat – more.
  4. In a frying pan, heated over high heat with oil, fry the onions and pepper for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add meat to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Then pour in Worcester sauce, add 1 tsp sugar, wine, 50 ml water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add cheese and fry another 3 minutes.
  8. Then add the pasta, warm for 1 min and lay on plates.
