Veal entrecote with rosemary and thyme

  1. We take two entrecotes, one of them we wrap with twigs rosemary, and the second – thyme branches.
  2. Lubricate the veal with olive oil.
  3. Season our meat with salt and pepper.
  4. We heat the grill pan. We will fry the meat for 4 minutes with one side and another 4 minutes on the other side until medium-wide.
  5. Put the entrecotes “on the bone” and fry for another 4 minutes.
