Getting ready for the May holidays? Want to go for barbecue? Then do not pass this recipe, and cook at home a good marinade. It’s not so difficult to make a delicious veal kebab in beer, as it seems. The meat is tender, juicy and incredibly tasty. Serve with greens, vegetables, and scones.

  1. My veal and cut into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. We put everything in a deep container and fill it with beer. Add chopped pepper. Marinate the meat for three hours.
  3. Then we salt the meat and string it on skewers. We fry on the grill turning over. If necessary, spray with water.
