  1. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  2. Cut potatoes into circles no thicker than 0.5 cm
  3. Finely chop the dill.
  4. In a pan or stewpan with a thick bottom, heat the oil. Spread the onion and fry until transparent.
  5. Add the potatoes and fry over high heat for about 7 minutes, stirring and adding 1 tsp. salt.
  6. Add 100 ml of water, cover and simmer slowly fire until fully cooked.
