  6. Cover and carcass for 15-20 minutes. It is called zirvak.
  7. Rinse thoroughly until clear water.
  8. I send rice to the zirvak, do not mix, pour boiling water on top 1 cm above the level of rice, cover, leave to cook on 15 minutes.
  9. I collect the rice around the edges to the center with a small slide, add more a little zira on top of the rice, close the lid and leave to cook another 15-20 minutes until completely ready.
