This version of pilaf is not a real Uzbek recipe, however, it is very easy to cook at home and it tastes it turns out no worse, try to do it and you will not regret it.

- Fry chicken in sunflower oil until golden crusts.
- Add onion, sliced a quarter of the rings, fry A couple of minutes.

- Cover and carcass for 15-20 minutes. It is called zirvak.
- Rinse thoroughly until clear water.
- I send rice to the zirvak, do not mix, pour boiling water on top 1 cm above the level of rice, cover, leave to cook on 15 minutes.
- I collect the rice around the edges to the center with a small slide, add more a little zira on top of the rice, close the lid and leave to cook another 15-20 minutes until completely ready.
