Cooking dumplings at home is very simple. They can be submitted to as a side dish for meat or put in Ukrainian borsch, or as separate dish with sour cream. Dummies look interesting and appetizingly. Try it, very tasty!

- Pour a glass of water into a small pan, put creamy butter. Melt the butter over low heat, bringing to a boil. A little salt. Stir well.
- Slowly add flour to the pan, stirring constantly to soft dough turned out.
- Drive 3-4 eggs (depending on size) into the pan, continuing to knead the dough.
- Boil water in a large pot. A little salt. We recruit dough with a tablespoon (with a slide) and dip in boiling water. Thus, we form dumplings from the whole test.
- After the dumplings pop up, cook them for 5 minutes. Water drain.
- Cut onions and fry in vegetable oil (or you can fry in fat – it will work with cracklings).
- Dumplings can be fried for 2-3 minutes in a pan with onions or just serve boiled and sprinkled with golden onions.
