  1. We wash the barley several times.
  2. Pour barley with water and put on fire.
  3. Cook the barley for 1 hour. Add 10-15 minutes to readiness in a pan of raisins, sugar, dried apricots and salt. We remove our mixture from the stove, let it cool well.
  4. Filter the cooked broth through a sieve.
  5. Mix the barley of pearl barley with Ayran, cover the container with a lid and put in the refrigerator for one knock.
