  1. Boil the noodles in salted water for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Cut the turkey into thin sticks, julienne pepper, spinach arbitrarily.
  3. Fry the turkey for 2 minutes over high heat, then add bell pepper and fry for another 5 minutes, then add teriyaki and warm up all 2 minutes.
  4. In the pan to the turkey add spinach, peanuts, soybean sprouts and noodles and warm for 2 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
