- Boil the noodles in salted water for 6-8 minutes.
- Cut the turkey into thin sticks, julienne pepper, spinach arbitrarily.
- Fry the turkey for 2 minutes over high heat, then add bell pepper and fry for another 5 minutes, then add teriyaki and warm up all 2 minutes.
