Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Pour the potatoes with olive oil and mix so that everything the tubers are covered with it. Bake until the potatoes are soft and the skin is slightly crispy, 20-25 minutes.
  3. Scrape the flesh of a potato with a small spoon, leaving a little on the walls.
  4. Add cheese, cream cheese, sour cream to mashed potatoes, chives, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mash until received homogeneous mass. Try it and add if necessary more salt.
  5. Put the mixture in potato shells. At this point you can cover the potatoes and refrigerate before serving. Before serving, bake potatoes in the oven until golden color.
