Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, sliced in very thin slices (possible with a peeler)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 diced celery stalk
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 1 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 minced cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 Art. dry white wine
  • 425 gr. canned crushed tomato
  • 2 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Balsamic Vinegar Spray

Recipe preparation:
