Turnip peas

Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 350 gr sugar peas
  • 2 tufts of turnip, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chop
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • Butter for frying
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling
  • Lemon to serve, cut into pieces
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a pan with salt water, boil the peas, 3 minutes. Add turnip slices, cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Fry onion and garlic in butter. Add boiled vegetables, sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped on top parsley. Serve with lemon.
