  1. Grind garlic and salt in a mortar in a paste, mix with yogurt and season with paprika and salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, boil water with wine vinegar, add 1 teaspoon of salt and keep on low heat so that the water boils slightly. Ladle a ladle lightly with vegetable oil, one at a time break eggs in it and dip in water. Turkish poached eggs
