  1. From the liver we clean the films and cut into small cubes, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake the liver in flour and fry in large quantities oil (700 ml) for about 1.5-2 minutes (this will be enough).
  3. Preparing the sauce: put everything in a saucepan with vegetable oil ingredients immediately, finely chopped onions, herbs (I have cilantro and parsley), garlic, passed through a press, tomatoes in own juice, red pepper, paprika and turmeric, cook on moderate heat for 15 minutes.
  4. We spread the liver in a large plate and pour on top the sauce.
