Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr lean minced turkey
- 140 gr. chopped kale kale (about 6 tablespoons)
- 225 gr. potatoes with red peel, sliced into pieces by 1.2 cm
- 1 bunch of cilantro, without hard stems
- 1 jalapeno pepper, cut in half (so that it is not very spicy, seeds are best removed)
- 3 tbsp. l thin sliced almonds
- Coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2.5 tbsp. cooked white or brown rice

Recipe preparation:
- The whole cilantro, with the exception of 3 tbsp. l grind to puree together with 1/2 tbsp. water, jalapeno peppers, almonds and 1/4 tsp. salt.
- In a broiler or large pan with a thick bottom, preheat vegetable oil over moderate heat. Add the minced turkey and 1/2 tsp salt and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring and breaking lumps with a wooden spatula.
- Add onions, garlic and cumin and cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add 1.5 tbsp. water puree from cilantro, potatoes and cabbage. Cover and bring to a boil, remove the cover, reduce the heat to medium. Stew on weak boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked potatoes. Salt and serve with rice, laying on top. Sprinkle abandoned cilantro.
