  • Turkey breast fillet (approximately 2-2.5 kg.), Cut lengthwise in half
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Pour almonds on a baking sheet and fennel seeds, put in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes, cool. Heat in a small pan cognac and water, add cranberries and dried apricots, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare minced meat: grind lightly using a kitchen combine almonds and fennel seeds, add fruit and liquid, onions – shallots, butter, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, grind until smooth.
  3. Place the two halves of the turkey breast on a cutting board, cover with foil and beat off. Halve the minced meat and spread the fillets turkey, leaving 2 centimeters on each side. Collapse in roll and tie with thread, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook rolls: heat a pan with vegetable butter and brown the rolls on all sides, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Place the rolls in a baking dish and pour 2 cups of wine.
