- Wash turkey meat, cut into cubes, pour cold water (two and a half liters of water), put on fire, bring to boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Then cook over medium heat until ready meat. It takes about thirty minutes.

- In a slightly boiling broth with meat, put the chopped potatoes cubes, lightly salt, pepper, cook ready-to-cook potatoes for about ten minutes.

- Then add peeled and chopped leek, cook for another two minutes, remove the baking.

- Serve hot soup with chopped herbs.
