- 4 carrots, 2 coarsely chopped, 2 cut into slices
- 4 stalks of celery, 2 coarsely chopped, 2 chopped sliced
- 6 cloves of garlic, 4 crush, 2 chop finely
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 pieces. black pepper peas
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tbsp. l flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:
- Place turkey bones in four in a pan bulbs, chopped carrots and celery, crushed garlic, bay leaf, and peppercorns, pour cold water so that the bones were completely closed, about 2 liters.
