  1. Celery is cut into a cube.
  2. Also chop the onion.
  3. And carrots.
  4. Grind bell pepper and garlic too.
  5. Fry onion, carrots and red pepper in oil. Then add garlic, salt and stew under the lid for 7 minutes.

  12. The soup should evaporate under the lid for about 30 minutes. It is advisable to wrap the pan. The soup is ready!
