  1. Wash all vegetables and greens. Peel potatoes, garlic and onions, in parsley, remove the stems. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Pour oil over a frying pan heated over high heat. warm it, put onion and fry it for 3-4 minutes, then add potatoes and fry another 12 minutes. And then add to the potatoes, greens and garlic and fry until tender. Salt and pepper over to taste. After that, fry 2 eggs in the same pan as fried eggs.
  3. While potatoes are fried, in a bowl, mix one egg and half flour. Pour the rest into a second bowl or onto plate and leave for boning meat.
  4. Wash the turkey, dry and cut into two portions. Meat roll in flour, then in batter. Repeat two times.
  5. In a second pan, heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it, lay the fillet and fry for 2 minutes each side. Then reduce the heat and cook, periodically turning over for 9-12 minutes.
