  1. Fry flour in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  2. Fry the turkey slices in vegetable oil until golden colors. Remove from pan, set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry the onions in half a portion of the creamy oils.
  4. Separately, fry in the second half of butter Champignon.
  5. Mix onion with mushrooms and turkey fillet, sprinkle with flour, mix, add spices. Fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Put sour cream to the turkey, fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add water so that it covers the meat a little, salt, cover lid, simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
  8. Add chopped garlic 5 minutes before cooking.
  9. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
