  1. Soak rabbit meat overnight in water with vinegar. To dry and cut into slices.
  2. Rub the rabbit with salt and pepper. Make cuts in the meat and stuff it with garlic slices. Rabbit with chanterelles
  3. Sauté meat in vegetable oil and put it into shape for baking.
  4. Rinse the mushrooms well, pour them with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes.
  5. In the juice remaining in the pan, fry the onions. Rabbit with chanterelles
  6. Carrots should be added to the onion.
  7. Remove the mushrooms from the water and pour them into the pan to the vegetables, simmer until soft. Rabbit with chanterelles
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add flour to the mushrooms, salt, sour cream and pepper, simmer a couple more minutes.
  9. Pour the rabbit in the mold with the finished sauce, cover the mold with foil. Bake the dish at a temperature of 120 degrees for 2 hours.
