- Soak rabbit meat overnight in water with vinegar. To dry and cut into slices.
- Rub the rabbit with salt and pepper. Make cuts in the meat and stuff it with garlic slices.

- Rinse the mushrooms well, pour them with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes.
- In the juice remaining in the pan, fry the onions.
