  1. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, then add the onion, diced carrots, grated on a coarse grater, fry 3 minutes.
  2. Then add the mushrooms, sausages, cut into rings, and tomato, fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Shred coarsely cabbage and cut potatoes into cubes, add to pan, salt to taste and add tomato paste and some water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
