Korean champignons: video recipe

I prepared a delicious appetizer at home yesterday! By the way, it fits and those who fast. Note that everything in the recipe the ingredients are indicated for 500 g of mushrooms, and I cooked much more, maybe already know that it is very tasty. You can also proportionally increase the amount of ingredients.

  1. Wash the mushrooms, put in a pan, add water and boil 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the mushrooms).
  2. While the mushrooms are boiling, make the marinade. Pass the garlic through press, add oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, ground black pepper, slices of red hot pepper, bay leaf (chop into 3-4 parts), parsley (finely chopped) and last – pan-fried and still hot sesame seeds. Mix.
  3. We boil the boiled mushrooms in a colander. As soon as the glass of water immediately spread the hot mushrooms in the marinade, mix.
  4. While the mushrooms cool, mix several times. When mushrooms cool to room temperature, transfer to airtight capacity and remove for a day to pickle in the refrigerator. Have a nice appetite!
