  1. Fry onion for a couple of minutes in oil and add to it the chicken.
  2. Stew under the lid for 15 minutes.
  3. Add chopped carrots and eggplant to chicken, salt and spices to taste (smoked paprika, cayenne and black pepper, dried herbs and Adyghe salt).
  4. Pour in 50 ml. soy sauce.
  5. Grind one tomato and a couple of cloves in a blender garlic.
  6. Add tomato and garlic to the chicken and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favorite side dish.
