- Fry onion for a couple of minutes in oil and add to it the chicken.
- Stew under the lid for 15 minutes.
- Add chopped carrots and eggplant to chicken, salt and spices to taste (smoked paprika, cayenne and black pepper, dried herbs and Adyghe salt).
- Pour in 50 ml. soy sauce.
- Grind one tomato and a couple of cloves in a blender garlic.
- Add tomato and garlic to the chicken and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
